Original product

In our JA, I push forward the development of the original product utilized the local material.
I am handling the following product now.

Apple juice

The apple four seasons (canned cherry blossoms: entering 195 g of *30)

It is original apple juice based on wisteria. It is the straight juice which I finished in a mellow fragrance and mild taste.

The apple four seasons (a bottle: entering 1 L of *3)

It is original apple juice based on wisteria. It is the straight juice which I finished in a mellow fragrance and mild taste.

The apple four seasons (a small bottle: entering 180 ml of *12)

It is the straight juice which valued the apple original taste and fragrance which I squeezed in the device that an apple from Aomori was sealed.

Discerning apple juice (concentration reduction, muddiness) (a bottle: entering 500 ml of *4)

It is the muddiness juice which I finished in the sweetness of apple and moderate balance with the acidity.

Cake

Apple kuchen

I wrapped it in a piecrust and baked it after I repeated the preserving in honey slice of the JA Tsugaru apple from Hirosaki on the wet castella dough.

I made JA Tsugaru apple from Hirosaki preserving in honey and, on the surface of the oval gold coin-shaped cheesecake, sliced it and did a topping and baked it.
It is characterized by yoku etaassarimeno cheesecake and the eloquence of the apple with sweetness.

Peach jamu & ringojamu & suchuben jamu

I did peach and apple and suchuben of Tsugaru brought up by the climate that was the foot, coolness of Mount Iwaki in jam entirely.
The unique flavor of the peach remains in "peach jamu" well by refraining from sweetness,
In "ringojamu", the texture of the apple accentuates,
"suchuben jamu" becomes the taste that sweetness and moderate acidity are felt.

Dumpling with apple

I was particular about domestic vegetables, domestic production meat and wrapped up juicy ingredients with the skin that it was said that it was sticky. I knead JA Tsugaru "apple" from Hirosaki into ingredients.

I was particular about domestic vegetables, domestic production meat and wrapped up juicy ingredients with the skin that it was said that it was sticky. I knead JA Tsugaru hall corn and powder of "take you" from Hirosaki into ingredients. 

take you (gas flushing)

Pole sweet corn "take you" which grew up in intense Mount Iwaki (takekohara) of the heat and cold difference. I made seasonal taste gas flushing.

A lot of take you croquettes

It is the croquette which fully used "take you" of the corn produced in foot "takekohara" of Mount Iwaki. It is characterized by a texture and the over-optimism that it was said that it is not soggy of take you.

Rice

Tsugaru-roman

It is the kind who is the grandchild of the Koshihikari created through rice representing Aomori from a 141 issue of akitakomachitofu origin. As a texture is good even if it becomes cold, let alone warm time, it is most suitable for a lunch and a rice ball.
